This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on curveglowwardrobe.com.

Free Standard Shipping We offer complimentary standard shipping with no minimum spend requirement for all orders shipped to the following eligible destinations: • All countries within Europe • The United States of America • Hong Kong • Australia Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for valid shipping addresses within the regions listed above. We are unable to deliver to locations outside of these territories at this time.
Order Processing Once your payment is confirmed, your order will enter our processing queue. Processing normally takes 1–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays, and processing time is separate from courier transit time. When your parcel has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times • Australia: 3 – 8 business days • Hong Kong: 5 – 12 business days • United States: 7 – 15 business days • All European countries: 8 – 18 business days These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier disruptions, severe weather, local public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes The recipient of the parcel is responsible for all import taxes, VAT, customs duties and clearance fees charged by local customs authorities. We will not reimburse these charges and cannot intervene on your behalf with customs agencies.
Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, recipient refusal, multiple failed delivery attempts or customs seizure, the customer will be responsible for all associated return freight costs. We can either arrange re-delivery at your cost or process a refund, minus the incurred return shipping fees. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Lost or Stalled Shipments If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 14 calendar days, please get in touch with our support team, and we will open an investigation with our shipping carrier.
